Legacies

As Chatham House looks to the future, legacies will be invaluable in ensuring that the institute remains a world-leading source of independent analysis, informed debate and influential ideas on how to build a prosperous and secure world for all.

The key benefit of legacies and major donations is that they enable Chatham House to invest in critical aspects of its long-term capabilities and infrastructure in ways that project research grants or annual membership subscriptions cannot. They allow the institute to embark upon new areas of research, modernize the library and other parts of Chatham House's public premises, upgrade the website and other means of communication, and give staff the best available technology and office support.

You may wish to leave a legacy in your will in favour of Chatham House (the Royal Institute of International Affairs).

For information on leaving a legacy, please download our legacy brochure or contact the membership department on: +44 (0)20 7957 5721.
