The 2008 Whitehead Lecture will be given by Dr Zbigniew Brzezinski, Robert E Osgood Professor of American Foreign Policy, the Paul Nitze School of Advanced International Studies, Johns Hopkins University, Washington, DC; National Security Advisor to the President of the United States (1977-1981).
