Minister Groser is regarded as one of the world's leading experts on international trade, and until recently was New Zealand's Ambassador to the World Trade Organization (WTO), and Chair of Agricultural Negotiations for the WTO. En route from the Seventh Ministerial Conference of the WTO in Geneva to the UNFCCC COP-15 climate negotiations in Copenhagen, the Minister will provide an 'insider's perspective' on the increasingly important intersection of the trade and climate agendas.
