HE Mr Tuttle, US Ambassador since 2005, will offer a personal view of the events that have shaped the US-UK relationship over this period. He will argue that together with the United Kingdom, the US government has worked towards strengthening international cooperation against terrorism, expanding the NATO alliance and increasing humanitarian aid to developing countries.

To enable as open a debate as possible, the address will be held on the record but the Q&A will be held under the Chatham House Rule
