Dr Paul Cornish is Carrington Professor of International Security and Head of the International Security Programme (ISP). ISP is organized according to four interlinking themes: Defence Policy and Military Operations; Science and Technology; Terrorism and Resilience; and Post-conflict Reconstruction and Human Security.
